RETURNS

Merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit minus shipping charges.  Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned. Items purchased on sale or items used with a promo code are final sale. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed. 

Please email shopnicoleandrews@gmail.com to get an authorization number before you ship the items back.

SHIPPING

Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. Orders are shipped with standard ground from California and will take 1-6 days for delivery depending on the state. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped. 

We also offer Overnight Express for $30 and 2-Day Express for $20. The cut off time for same day fulfillment is 12 PM pst. Any orders that are placed after 12 PM pst will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon will ship on Monday. Nicole Andrews is not responsible for any delays due to local disruptions.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to process exchanges at this time. Please place a new order and follow the return instructions for a refund. Orders that are sent back with an exchange request will be refunded.
