Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Nicole Andrews Collection pieces. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We are unable to accept returns on final sale items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 14-day window. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can reserve your preferred size or style. Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@shopnicoleandrews.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on all US orders, shipped from California.

Express Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
